The Native American Wedding theme can be a unique alternative to the traditional western wedding. You can opt to have a Shaman or Medicine Man perform your ceremony in many different locations.

If you are considering a traditional Native American wedding and would like traditional dress, a good idea would be to have someone make you a light buckskin dress with beading, and the traditional ribbon dress for your bride’s maids. The groom and his attendance can also dress in buckskin to really give your wedding that authentic touch.

Earth tone colors are best for the Native American wedding, and for party favors why not give out pinecones tied with ribbon. Decorate your wedding cake with darker colored frosting, adding silver and turquoise. For the final touch add some fresh flowers to your cake.
